Red Riding Hood - 26 November 2023
Saltmine Theatre Company have been bringing professional, high quality productions of much loved Christmas shows to Caterham for many years. Re-written to reflect a Christian message and set of values, these have been very popular.
A re-telling of this classic show Red Riding Hood, by Saltmine Theatre Company, reflecting Christian values at 5pm Sunday, 26th November at Oasis Academy Couldson.
Tickets £10 adult, £5 concessions and £25 family (2 adults and 2 children). Suitable for all the family from aged 5 upwards. For more information and to book tickets please go to the production web site.
Dominic Felts and Pietro Lacopini - Munch with Music November 2023
Dominic and Pietro are alumni of Trinity Laban Conservatoire. We have extracts from their Love and Wonder recital in this video.
They created a rich ambience throughout their performance which was greatly appreciated by the audience. We were even treated to an encore (a first in my MwM experience), Ain't Misbehavin'.
I trust they will be able to revisit us in the future.

Munch with Music - November 2023
The next Munch with Music will be held in the church on 1st November 2023 featuring Dominic Felts, bass baritone, and Pietro Lacopini on the piano.
You are invited to bring your own ‘Munch’.
Admission is free, donations are welcome.
Coffee, tea and biscuits from 12:15pm, with the performance starting at 12:45pm and lasting about 45 minutes.
The following Munch will be on 6th December, with Charlotte Kennedy, soprano.
Songs of Praise
Your chance to choose your favourite hymn.
You are welcome to speak about your choice or write a short item to be read out at the service. Please fill in the form by 1st July 2023.

Service of Loss and Hope
For All Soul's, we are holding an informal, prayerful service with music and candle-lighting for those who have experienced grief or loss.
It will be 5 November at 3pm.
If you would like the name of a loved one read aloud at the service please contact us or write down the name on the sheet at the back of St John's church.
If you know someone who might benefit from coming along, do invite them!
