Assembly Bangers

You are invited to a nostalgic night of singing along to old favourites and well-known Hymns on Saturday 27th September, 7 to 8.30pm in the Church.

There will be some available on the night on a first come first served basis. Refreshments will be available, and you are welcome to BYOB.

Forest Church August 2025

This Saturday 16 August, 3pm-3.45pm in Caterham School's Pre-prep outdoor area.

The theme is 'God's provision' expressed in the harvest and foraging. Blackberries, bird feeders with apples feature and a picnic.

Ethereal, evocative, eclectic, it was easy to lose yourself in the harp music of Fiona, who put the nine beautiful pieces in their historical and musical context.

Munch with Music - July 2025

The next Munch with Music will be held in the church on 2nd July 2025, with Fiona Hosford on the harp.

You are invited to bring your own ‘Munch’.

Admission is free, donations are welcome.

Coffee, tea and biscuits from 12:15pm, with the performance starting at 12:45pm and lasting about 45 minutes.

The following Munch will be on 2nd July 2025, with Lin Xu-Zhang on piano.

Nikolai Kapustin: 'Between the Lines'

Ophelia was very keen that this composer should have more exposure and with very good reason. What sounds like improvised jazz style piano music is not, with each flourish carefully scored by the composer. The result is beautiful and was played beautifully.
